How Can I Include an Image in my Signature?

When creating my Signature, I would have liked to add an image but the "Insert Image" button was not available, So i tried:

<img src="http://www.eastmeonstores.co.uk/eastmeonstores%20files/SIGN-ANI2.gif"/>

So my question is: Am I doing this right? or does Zpeakerbox not recognise css?

HTML is turned off for signatures. You must use BB code (ie: [ ] brackets instead of the < > brackets).

Also, images are turned off within signatures. So you cannot place an image into a signature.
