Topic of the Month - January
short and sweet: do you believe in new years resolutions? if so, what will your new years resolution for 2007 be? share past resolutions with us and let us know how long these resolutions have lasted. lastly, are new years resolutions supposed to last a lifetime or just the duration of that year? we look forward to hearing from all of you.

Re: topic of the month - january
My new year's resolution was something along the lines of finding a good stress management technique and getting back into shape. That said, I finally booked myself an appointment and bought a membership at a local fitness club. I go twice a week for group Yoga/Tai Chi/Pilates classes. I've only attended two classes so far but when I come home, my shoulders aren't tense and I feel pretty relaxed (until the next day, of course).
I think I made the right choice and I plan to stick with it for as long as I can.
