Nothing annoys me more than..

Nothing drives me nuts more than injustice and inconsideration.

Injustice: when I feel someone or myself is being treated unfairly, I make it a point to raise the subject and make sure it doesn't happen again. This gets me in trouble sometimes when I start nit-picking. I realize sometimes I need to look at the bigger picture and let things go, but its hard for me to do that. I have been trying to let things go more and sometimes I'm happy I do that, while other times I'm not. Nothing irks me more than favoritism in the work place or school (or even in family but that's a whole other can of worms), especially if say, at work, you work with one of the relatives of the head honcho. Not all the time, but sometimes these relatives slack off and kick their feet up at work, nothing gets said to them, because of their relationship with the big cheese. However if someone else were to do the same things, observations/complaints would be made. On the other hand, the relative might not be working hard at all while a regular Joe is working their ass off...but no, not much credit to them. How wrong is that? That's just one example, nothing to do with my work but actually from my sister's bank job, I feel for her. That's just not right.

Inconsideration: Holy mother. Hah. Funny cause it's usually my mom clanking away in the kitchen while I'm trying to sleep. Every day I tell her I'll do it when I wake up, and when I'm upset enough that it gets through to her, I follow through with it. Every morning, consistently whenever shes at the house in the morning she just has to clear the dishwasher, slam the doors and slam the microwave door if its in use. I share a wall with the hallway tot he kitchen. I hear everything. I've also, recently become extremely noise sensitive so when I get off work (a lot of days) at midnight and come home at 12:30, I usually stay up tot talk to Narius and then get in bed. At 7am that's like 4-5 hour of sleep (ie: not enough for me), and I get cranky. I'll have no trouble yelling at my mom to 'be quiet'. She keeps doing this though. Every time. Don't get me wrong though, no one loves me more than my parents and my mom's the best mom in the world in so many ways and I love her so much. No one can bug the hell out of me more though, than my mom..and my sister (whom I also love dearly).

Just thought I'd rant it out.

Glad to know we have similar mothers. Mine used to put on music as loud as she could. I used to go downstairs, turn it off and go back up and try to sleep. Next thing I know, the music was on again.

ana ever try ear plugs while you sleep? is there another room in the house you can crash in on days you know you need sleep thats far away from the noise?

Nevil makes a good point... there is always someone in the world who has a shittier life than you, so i guess on one hand there is a bright side.

on the other..sleep is a definite necesisity. ive been in sleep deprivation senarios and its not fun. if you dont sleep for 35 hours you are legally not allowed to operate a motor vehicle and this one dude tried to say up for a week sraight and went bonkers .. never returned back to normal. i know thats an extreme case but when people mess with my sleep i get super agitated as well.

I cant stand it when ladys at the airport guilt trip me into picking up magazines that fell on the floor even though i was half way across the store when they fell. I tell ya.. they have waay too high expectations from men down south.

When people chew with their mouth open, or make too much noise when they eat. I've gotten up and left the room or table before. I really can't tolerate it at all. Drives me NUTS.

Omg, that and when people use the wrong form of they're, their, or there. Like seriously? Didn't go through the 3rd grade?
